“Rising Above the Beast” is the act of confronting and overcoming the overwhelming force of panic attacks and anxiety disorders – the “beast” representing the fear, chaos, and loss of control that often comes with these conditions. It’s about reclaiming your power, transforming fear into strength, and choosing hope, healing, and self-compassion in the face of mental health struggles. It’s a phrase that resonates with resilience – turning something terrifying and seemingly unmanageable into something you rise above, grow through, and ultimately from.

My journey began with a personal battle against anxiety and panic disorder. Living with this condition for several years, I often felt there weren’t enough resources, understanding communities, or support in the workplace for mental health awareness. Out of that struggle came a fire deep, unshakable need to turn my pain into something meaningful.

What once felt like silent suffering became a mission to build a space where others could feel seen, supported, and reminded that their hardest moments can lead to healing. This platform was born from that place of turning wounds into purpose and isolation into connection.

I turned my pain into purpose, not because it was easy-but because I knew someone else might find light in the story I once wished I didn’t have to tell. My hope is that what once broke me now builds a path for others to heal. I am still on the journey of healing.
